Both Dan and Jack are thorough professional and went out of their way to make sure our daughter's birthday party run smoothly. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for an exceptional service. I would definitely avail their service again in future. Can't thank them enough.

Jack, Dan, Charlotte and their team were fantastic. Great initial comms from Jack, with a call shortly after to discuss what we needed. A great, friendly team.

I want to say thank you to Ruby Reign Events for their help with our event this weekend, your staff were polite, attentive, and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending you and I am sure we will be using you for events in the future.

Ruby Reign were the first to respond to my request for quotes. They quickly got a handle on what we required; a party host and organiser for a 60th party with 100 guests, catered sit down supper and live band, with parking to manage and minibuses returning guests to hotels. Charlie was just excellent. A very clear communicator, calm and a real problem solver.

Jake & Liam were our waiting staff for the day at our corporate event. They were both fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, they were on hand at all times and helped our event run smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Ruby Reign Events again as their service is amazing. I highly recommend them! Many thanks!

The Ruby Reign team were super efficient and calm under pressure, and very lovely people!

Due to some bad weather we had to do a very rushed briefing, but the team swung into action, were incredible at taking instruction and thinking on their feet.

From start to finish Ruby Reign Events were wonderful. There was good communication before the event and I felt reassured that they knew what we wanted and were able to provide the service. On the day Dan was efficient and unobtrusive whilst keeping everything in order, from stocking up the buffet to making tea and coffee, and clearing away empty plates.

I couldn't be more complimentary, Dan and the Team didn't just help with the party running smoothly, but their presence and personalities actually added to party. They conversed and joked with guests and could not have been more helpful.

From the word go Ruby Reign were helpful and communicative. My mum’s 90th birthday party was superb, she was so happy. Entertainment and food were excellent.
