About Us

Ruby Reign Events Ltd was originally formed in May 2022, by our Director Jack and since then the company has gone from strength to strength and has grown organically significantly. 

Ruby Reign Events Ltd was started with the intention of providing the best event staff possible in and around the Swindon area, after previously organising a small sized event and realising the biggest challenge was sourcing staff that were suited in all aspects for the event. After being in business for a few months, we started receiving enquires from areas such as Cardiff, Bristol & Newbury. After conducting some research, Jack realised there was potential to expand the company to cover the South West of England. Following this, Jack decided to take the company limited in May 2023 and bring on Dan as a director.

Since then the company has gone from strength to strength and Ruby Reign Events Ltd has increased its presence on a national basis, placing staff in all areas of the UK including Newcastle, London, Manchester amongst others. 

As it stands the Senior Management team of Jack, Dan & Charlotte are still extremely hands on in the business & have managed to build a fantastic team of people who work tirelessly to ensure our service is second to none.
