GregorySJ – The Global Chef

GregorySJ, known as “The Global Chef,” is an internationally experienced chef, culinary storyteller, and founder of several vibrant street-food catering brands. Gregory trained at the legendary Savoy Grill in London under both Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing, an experience that shaped his commitment to quality, technique, and bold flavour. After years of travelling and cooking around the world, he developed a distinctive style that blends global inspiration with premium ingredients and vibrant street-food energy.

Now based in Surrey, Gregory operates across London and the surrounding counties, catering everything from weddings and private parties to corporate events, festivals, and large celebrations. His focus is on delivering restaurant-quality food in a fun, flexible street-food format that creates memorable experiences for guests.

Gregory runs five distinctive food truck and catering brands, each offering a unique culinary experience.
