How much do your event staff cost?

Our staff are available from just £19 per hour plus mileage. The final cost may vary based on the event location and specific requirements, but we always aim to provide exceptional service at affordable rates.

What services can your staff help with?

Our versatile team can assist with a range of tasks to ensure your event runs smoothly, including:

  • Running the bar and serving drinks

  • General assistance throughout the event

  • Cleaning and tidying during and after the event

  • Co-ordinating to keep everything on schedule

What will the staff wear?

Our staff generally wear a smart black shirt, black trousers, and black shoes, presenting a polished and professional appearance. If your event has a specific theme, we can adapt our uniforms to suit the occasion. Just let us know in advance!

What happens if a staff member falls ill on the day of my event?

We understand how crucial it is to have reliable staff. That’s why we maintain a bank of backup staff who are ready to step in should any unforeseen circumstances arise, ensuring your event remains unaffected.

When do I need to pay for the services?

To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is payable two weeks prior to your event. This ensures everything is organized and allows us to prepare our team to meet your expectations.

Can you cater to small budgets?

Yes! Ruby Reign Events specialises in helping private individuals with small budgets create memorable events. We believe in offering high-quality services at accessible prices, tailored to your needs.

Do you cover themed events?

Absolutely! We love bringing creativity to your event. Our staff can adapt their uniforms and service style to complement your theme. Whether it’s a vintage wedding, a tropical party, or a rustic celebration, we’re here to make your vision come to life.

How far in advance should I book?
