The service and communication was great from start to finish, very thorough and detailed for my daughter's 30th birthday. Jack tried to capture as much information as possible to ensure the event went smoothly and improvised where needed, which was so very helpful. They turned up on time and carried out all the services we discussed with a smile on all their faces. I also received great feedback from my guests on Ruby Reign Events Ltd staff team, how they interacted very well with all the birthday guests. Jack and Dan came to help us with a dinner party for 12 to celebrate my husband’s big birthday. They were exceptional - very friendly, very experienced, totally hands on with serving canapés, sit down dinner and drinks throughout the evening. It made it a very relaxed and enjoyable for us, despite being the hosts. They also cleared everything up apart from some glasses which we were still using when they left. A perfect way to host! I can’t recommend them enough - we will definitely use them again, as will a few of our guests I think!

Not one for reviews tbh but must make an exception for Jack and Ruby Reign Events. Got in touch with the company after they quoted for my daughters 21st, Jack contacted to find the requirements, he organised calls to iron out details & answer my ( many ) questions promptly & with a smile.. Turned up on time, polite, courteous and approachable all night, & helped the evening become the memorable night we wanted for our daughter. Already had 2 guests ask for his details for further events. Great to see someone offering a good, value for money service & he & the team deserve every success.. Can't thank you enough Jack.. 😊
